We’re looking for a medior/senior project manager who keeps cool when things heat up. Someone who brings order to creative chaos, keeps teams and clients in sync, and always sees the bigger picture, even when the to-do list says otherwise.

As a senior project manager, you’re the glue that holds it all together. You turn bold ideas into real plans, set the direction, and keep things moving. You easily switch between strategy, creativity, and tech, knowing exactly when to guide a client, motivate a team, and stay on track. And you make sure we always go the extra mile, together.
What we’re looking for in you
You have at least five years of experience in a similar role and enjoy switching between different topics and people. You’re engaged, sharp, and love organising and guiding creative processes.
Additionally, you:
- have extensive experience managing digital projects from start to finish;
- are well-versed in the digital landscape and keep up with new developments;
- communicate clearly and are great at managing expectations;
- know how to build strong relationships with stakeholders and align shared interests;
- navigate complex processes with ease, providing clarity and direction;
- enjoy working on multiple projects at once;
- are fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- are available for 36 hours a week.
